It is 3.5" x 3.5" or only ~76.6% of the decal "size" advertised.
Further, given the too small size, some of the lettering is impossible to read unless within a foot or so....
Don't want a refund. I have learned my lesson here. The site tells ya what ya wanna hear, and then..."doesn't walk the talk," imho.
It's truly disconcerting that after 25 years in business and with nothing but 4 to 5 star reviews with literally thousands of customers that someone who spent $5.00 would choose to complain. This is a die-cut decal that the customer purchased from me and advertised as such. Being die-cut, there is no possibility of it being a 'square' measurement. It is however cut from a 4' square section of vinyl. They say that everyone is a teacher so it's not only the customer who claims to have learned a lesson here but I have as well.....can't please all the people all of the time. And how far away should someone be to read a 4' decal that is dominated by a graphic image? Boy howdy.... I trust anyone owning or relating to a small business can relate to this personality type.
